CD68+、CD163+巨噬细胞在胃癌演进及预后中的意义

Significance of CD68+and CD163+macrophages in the evolution and prognosis of gastric cancer

目的:探讨CD68+及CD163+巨噬细胞在胃癌演进过程中的意义及其与患者预后之间的关系。方法:选取2011年12月至2014年12月安徽省宣城市人民医院收治的60例胃癌患者作为实验组,选取其癌旁组织作为对照组,利用免疫组织化学SP法检测CD68+与CD163+巨噬细胞的表达情况,依据染色强度及染色范围分为高表达组及低表达组;分析其与胃癌临床病理学参数之间的关系;利用K-M生存分析法,分析二者的表达与患者五年生存率之间的关系。结果:CD68+及CD163+巨噬细胞在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);CD68及CD163的高表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、胃癌组织的浸润深度呈显著正相关;生存分析结果显示胃癌肿瘤微环境中巨噬细胞CD68及CD163表达的量越高,患者的生存率越低。结论:胃癌组织中存在CD68+及CD163+肿瘤相关巨噬细胞;并且CD68及CD163表达量与肿瘤的演进呈正相关;二者的表达水平能够有效的预测患者预后情况。

Objective:To explore the significance of CD68+and CD163+macrophages in the evolution of gastric cancer and the relationship between them and the prognosis of patients.Methods:60 gastric cancer patients admitted to Xuancheng People's Hospital of Anhui Province from December 2011 to December 2014 were chosen as the experimental group,the adjacent tissues were selected as the control group.The expression of CD68+and CD163+macrophages were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method and is divided into higher expression group and lower expression group according to the staining intensity and staining range.The relationship between them and clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer was analyzed;K-M survival analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of the two and the five-year survival rate of patients.Results:The positive expression rate of CD68+and CD163+macrophages in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05);the higher expression of CD68 and CD163 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and invasion depth of gastric cancer;the results of survival analysis showed that the higher the expression of CD68 and CD163 in macrophages was,the lower was the survival rate.Conclusion:There were CD68+and CD163+tumor associated macrophages in gastric cancer;and the expression of CD68 and CD163 was positively correlated with tumor progression;the expression level of both can effectively predict the prognosis of patients.
