阿托伐他汀钙联合常规治疗脑部动脉粥样硬化对患者血脂、血液流变学及动脉斑块变化情况的影响

Effects of atorvastatin calcium combined with conventional treatment on changes of blood lipid,hemorheology and arterial plaque in patients with cerebral atherosclerosis

目的:研究阿托伐他汀钙联合常规治疗脑部动脉粥样硬化对患者血脂、血液流变学及动脉斑块变化情况的影响。方法:选取78例我院2017年2月至2018年3月收治的68例动脉粥样硬化患者为研究对象,使用数字随机表法分为试验组(35例)和对照组(33例),对照组患者接受常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组患者的基础上给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗,治疗6个月。比较两组患者治疗后血脂水平、血流动力学指标、颈动脉内膜中层厚度和斑块面积变化情况。结果:治疗后试验组患者低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数、血沉显著低于对照组(P<0.05),颈动脉内膜中层厚度和动脉斑块面积显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙联合常规治疗脑部动脉粥样硬化能显著降低患者血脂水平,减轻患者血清黏度,改善患者动脉斑块面积。

Objective:To study the effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with conventional treatment on the changes of blood lipid,hemorheology and arterial plaque in patients with cerebral atherosclerosis.Methods:68 cases of atherosclerosis hospitalized from February 2017 to March 2018 were chosen and randomly divided into the experimental group(35 cases)and the control group(33 cases).The control group received conventional treatment while the control group received atorvastatin calcium treatment in addition to the conventional treatmen,with the changes of blood lipid level,hemodynamic indexes,carotid intima-media thickness and plaque areas after 6-month treatment compared.Results:Low-density lipoprotein(ldl-c),total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,erythrocyte aggregation indexes and erythrocyte sedimentation rates were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);carotid intima-media thickness and plaque areas were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aorvastatin calcium combined with conventional treatment for cerebral atherosclerosis can significantly reduce the level of blood lipid,the serum viscosity and the areas of arterial plaque in patients.
