童趣化护理干预对学龄前患儿雾化吸入治疗依从性的影响

Effects of child-friendly nursing intervention on compliance of aerosol inhalation therapy in preschool children

目的:分析童趣化护理干预对学龄前患儿雾化吸入治疗依从性的影响;方法:选取2017年1月至2019年6月收治的128例需要雾化吸入治疗的哮喘患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患儿进行童趣化护理干预,对照组患儿进行常规护理,比较两组患儿的护理效果、治疗依从性、护理前后肺功能及患儿家长对护理服务的满意度。结果:观察组患儿的治疗依从率96.88%,高于对照组患儿的82.81%(P<0.05);观察组患儿的护理效果总有效率98.44%,高于对照组患儿的87.50%(P<0.05);护理前两组患儿肺功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组患儿的PEFR、FEV1、FVC指标水平均提高,且观察组患儿的PEFR、FEV1、FVC指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长对护理满意率为96.88%,高于对照组患儿的78.13%(P<0.05)。结论:童趣化护理干预可提高学龄前儿童雾化吸入治疗的依从性、护理效果,促进患儿肺功能改善,提高患儿家长对护理服务的满意度,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of child-friendly nursing intervention on the compliance of aerosol inhalation therapy in preschool children.Methods:128 children with asthma requiring aerosol inhalation from January 2017 to June 2019 were chosen and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group were given child-friendly nursing intervention,while the control group were given routine care,with the effects of nursing care,the treatment compliance,the lung function before and after care,and the satisfaction of parents with nursing services compared.Results:The compliance rate of the experimental group was 96.88%,significantly higher than that of the control group(78.13%).The total effective rate of the nursing effect of the experimental group was 98.44%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.50%),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lung function indexes(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of PEFR,FEV1 and FVC were significantly increased,and the levels of PEFR,FEV1 and FVC in the experimental group were significantly higher,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the parents in the experimental group was 96.88%,significantly higher than that of the control group(78.13%),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Child-friendly nursing intervention can improve the compliance of aerosol inhalation therapy in preschool children,nursing effects,lung functions of children and the satisfaction of parents with care services,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
