中国特色科技原创之路

Invited Paper:A road of science and technology original innovation with Chinese characteristics

科技作为当代人类最精致、深奥而有力的文化形式,不仅有其客观普遍性,也有文化的独特性。任何跻身科技强国行列的国家,无不有其独特的科技原创之路。中国科技现代化的道路,经百年努力追赶和创新,已开始走上中国特色科技原创层出不穷的新阶段。为更快更好地完成这一历史使命,必须系统总结中国特色科技原创之路的成功经验及规律。本文通过深入分析大量成功案例,提出中国特色科技原创的三大路径:慧识自然遗产,取法古代科技和运用人文资源。文章同时指出,中国特色科技原创之路的弘扬与继续引进,是中国伟大复兴的重要基石,是促进中国文化自信坚定飞扬的重要环节。

As the most sophisticated,profound and powerful cultural form of contemporary human beings,science and technology not only has its objective universality,but also has the characteristics of culture.All sci-tech powers have their own unique road of science and technology original innovation.With the development in the past 100 years,the road of the modernization of science and technology in China has already entered the new stage with all kinds of scientific and technological achievements with Chinese characteristics emerge endlessly.In order to complete the historical task smoothly,we must systematic summary the successful experiences and regular patterns of the road of science and technology original innovation with Chinese characteristics.This paper discusses three paths of science and technology original innovation with Chinese characteristics on the basis of deeply analyzing many successful cases.The three paths are:thorough study on natural heritage,full use of science and technologies in ancient China and the application of humanistic resources.Persistence in road to science and technology original innovation with Chinese characteristics is the major cornerstone of Chinese great rejuvenation,and also the important link of lifting the cultural confidence of China are also discussed in this paper.
