摘要
目的:筛选高效液相色谱法测定茯苓泽泻汤加山楂中金丝桃苷含量的适合的色谱条件。方法:通过改变色谱参数,对茯苓泽泻汤加山楂中金丝桃苷的色谱系统进行对比研究,结果:筛选出适宜的色谱条件为:Kromasil 100-5C18柱(4.6×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(50:50);流速:0.5mL·min^-1,检测波长:210nm。结论:该色谱条件下茯苓泽泻汤加山楂中的金丝桃苷测定方法的系统使用性较好,可用于其含量测定。
Objective:The chromatogram condition for determination of hyperoside content in Fuling Zexie decoction plus Shanzha by HPLC were optimized.Method:By changing the chromatographic parameters,a comparative study was carried out on the chromatographic system of hyperoside detection in Fuling Zexie decoction plus Shanzha.Result:The suitable chromatogram conditions were as follows:Kromasil 100-5C18 column (4.6 × 150 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of methanol-phosphate buffer (50:50),flow rate of 0.5 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength at 210 nm.Conclusion:The chromatogram conditions can be used for determination of the content of hyperoside in Fuling Zexie decoction plus Shanzha.
