摘要 目的:探讨以水为溶剂下的橙皮苷提取影响因素。方法:采用溶剂为饮用水,从4味药材(太子参、炒麦芽、山楂、陈皮)中进行橙皮苷提取,考察了影响橙皮苷转移率的因素,在单因素实验基础上,通过正交试验优化了提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为:煎煮温度为100℃、浸泡时间为45 min、陈皮长度为1cm、pH为7.5,在此条件下,橙皮苷转移率可达22.1%。结论:该实验优化了提取工艺,可指导橙皮苷提取工业化大生产。 Objective:To study the factors influencing the extraction of hesperidin with water as solvent.Method:Hesperidin was extracted from 4 herbs(Taizishen,Fried Maiya,Shanzha,Chenpi)by using drinking water as solvent,and the influence factors on transfer rate of hesperidin were investigated.The extraction processes were optimized through orthogonal tests based on the results of single tests.Result:The optimum conditions were as following:the boiling temperature was 100 degrees,the soaking time was 45 min,the length of chempi was 1cm,and the pH was 7.5.The transfer rate of hesperidin reached up to 22.1%under the optimum conditions.Conclusion:This experiment optimizes the extraction process and can guide the industrial production of hesperidin extraction.
