三种养骨组方对骨质疏松症的防治作用实验研究

摘要 目的:研究三种不同养骨组方对去卵巢骨质疏松症大鼠模型的影响,为养骨方选择最佳组方配比。方法:通过手术摘除大鼠双侧卵巢,建立骨质疏松动物模型,模型成功后分别给予三种不同养骨组方(养骨A方、养骨B方、养骨C方)干预,给药90 d后取材,剥离大鼠右侧股骨称重后测量股骨中心骨密度、远心端骨密度以及测定骨钙含量。结果:与假手术组比较,模型对照组大鼠骨密度及骨钙含量均显著降低(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,养骨B组、养骨C组大鼠骨密度及骨钙含量均显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中养骨C方优于养骨B方。结论:三种养骨方均能使骨钙丢失减少,骨钙乘积增多而达到治疗骨质疏松症的目的,其中养骨C方为最佳养骨方。 Objective:To study the effects of three different prescriptions for nourishing bone on ovariectomized osteoporosis rat model,and to select the best prescription for nourishing bone prescription.Method:Bilateral ovaries of rats were removed and osteoporosis animal models were established.After successful operation,three different bone-nourishing formulas(A,B and C)were given to intervene.After 90 days of administration,samples were taken.Bone mineral density(BMD)in the center of femur,BMD of distal end of femur and bone calcium content were measured after weighing the right femur of rats.Result:Compared with the sham-operated group,the BMD and bone calcium content in the model control group were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the model control group,the bone mineral density and calcium content of rats in group B and C were significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the formula C had a better effect than the formula B.Conclusion:All three prescriptions can reduce the loss of bone calcium and increase the product of bone calcium to achieve the goal of treating osteoporosis.Among them,formulas C is the best prescription for nourishing bone.
