精准医疗工程实践——以上海瑞金医院肿瘤(质子)中心为例

PRECISION TREATMENT CONSTRUCTION PRACTICE--TAKING SHANGHAI RUIJIN CANCER(PROTON)CENTER AS AN EXAMPLE

质子治疗在国内外均属于一种较为先进的精准放射治疗特定肿瘤病人的手段,利用质子特殊的布拉格峰特点,精确打击病灶,保护人体正常组织。近些年来,我国质子治疗中心建设方兴未艾。本文结合对国内外质子中心的案例考察及工程实践,总结质子中心建设中应思考的问题并提出展望。

Proton therapy is a relatively advanced method of precise radiotherapy for patients with specific tumors at home and abroad.It uses the special Bragg peak characteristics of protons to accurately strike the lesions and protect normal tissues of the human body.In recent years,the construction of our country^proton therapy center is booming.This article combines the case studies and engineering practices of proton centers at home and abroad,summarizing the issues that should be considered in the construction of proton centers,and proposes prospects.
