本文将从安全生产角度出发,全面分析煤炭资源开发中存在的问题和难点,针对日益严重的环境污染问题与安全生产问题制定相应的对策,建立以人为本的安全发展模式,致力于提高煤炭资源开采的科学性和高效性,在坚持安全高效绿色的开发思路上实现煤炭行业的转型发展,为实现整个行业的健康、全面、可持续发展创造良好条件。

This paper comprehensively analyzed the problems and difficulties in the development of coal resources from the perspective of safety production,formulated corresponding countermeasures against the increasingly serious environmental pollution and safety production problems,established a people oriented safety development model,and committed to improve the scientificity and efficiency of exploitation of coal resources.The transformation and development of the coal industry should insist on the safe,efficient and green development ideas,so as to create good conditions for the healthy,comprehensive and sustainable development of the whole industry.
