摘要
本文从三个方面阐述了核能与绿色发展的内在联系,首先从发电成本、运营安全性及环境保护方面概述了核电与其他能源发电模式的指标参数,重点分析不同发电结构的单位发电碳排放量;其次,从辐射照射及归一化健康风险分析核电与煤电的安全性;最后,比较核能发电与其他发电模式下的电厂级成本及外部成本。为更好的推动绿色能源发展提供参考建议。
This article expounds the internal relationship between nuclear energy and green development from three aspects.The first part summarized the index parameters of nuclear power and other energy generation modes from the perspective of power generation cost,operational safety and environmental protection,focusingon analyzing the carbon emissions per unit of power generation of different power generation structures;Secondly,the safety of nuclear power and coal power from radiation exposure and normalized health riskswere analyzed;Finally,the plant level costs and external costs of nuclear power generation with other power generation modeswere compared.The above analysis aims to provide reference suggestions for promoting the development of green energy.
