轨道交通车辆内饰用水性聚氨酯砂纹面漆的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对轨道交通车辆内饰件涂层高耐磨性、高附着力等防护性能及低甲醛、低总挥发性有机物的环保性要求,本研究采用羟基丙烯酸分散体、相分离技术自消光树脂,以聚乙烯砂纹粉作为效应填料,以丙二醇二醋酸酯为助溶剂,选用亲水改性多异氰酸酯三聚体为固化剂,并添加其他填料和功能性助剂等原材料,研制了一种对玻璃钢等复合材料具有优异附着力、耐磨性好,同时低挥发性有机物含量的水性聚氨酯砂纹面漆。重点研究了通过不同消光手段制备水性聚氨酯砂纹面漆的方法和对防护性能的影响;分析了不同助溶剂对内饰件成品残存VOC的影响,并筛选了不同粒径砂纹粉对涂膜外观效果的影响。研究结果表明:所研制的轨道交通车辆内饰用水性聚氨酯砂纹面漆在达到防护性能指标要求的同时,具有优异环保性能,可以满足轨道交通车辆行业绿色涂装要求。 In view of the requirements of high wear resistance,high adhesion and other protective properties of coatings on interior decorations of rail transit vehicles and the environmental protection requirements of low formaldehyde and low total volatile organic compounds,a kind of waterborne polyurethane textured finish with excellent adhesion,environmental protection and low volatile organic compound was developed.It used hydroxyl acrylate dispersion as main binder,self-matting resin of mixing phase separation technology,polyethylene texture powder as effective filler,propylene glycol diacetate as cosolvent,hydrophilically modified polyisocyanate as curing agent,and other fillers and functional additives as raw materials.This paper focused on the preparation of waterborne polyurethane textured finish for interior decoration of rail transit vehicles by different matting methods and its effect on the protective performance.The influence of different cosolvents on the residual VOC was analyzed,and the effect of different particle size texture powder on the appearance of the coating was screened.The results showed that the waterborne polyurethane textured finish for rail transit vehicle interior provided excellent environmental protection performance and could meet the requirements of rail transit vehicle industry.
