摘要 微胶囊化是一种将固体、液体或者气体物质封装在均匀或者非均匀外壳中的技术,通过外壳能够有效地保护芯材,提高敏感材料的稳定性。目前微胶囊技术被广泛应用于医药、生物、食物等行业,而在涂料行业中的应用较少。为了满足人们对新型特种涂料的需求,将助剂等原料微胶囊化并应用于特种涂料中,能够提高助剂的化学稳定性,延长涂料的使用寿命,拓宽特种涂料的应用范围。本文介绍了微胶囊的几种常用制备方法,着重阐述了微胶囊技术在特种涂料中的应用和发展。 Microencapsulation is a technology of encapsulating solid,liquid or gas materials in a uniform or non-uniform shell,which can effectively protect the core material and improve the stability of sensitive materials inside.The microencapsulation technology has been widely used in medicine,biology,food and other industries,but less application in coatings industry.In order to meet the requirements of the new specialty coatings,raw materials such as additives are microencapsulated and used in specialty coatings,which can improve the chemical stability of the additives,extend the service life of the coatings,and broaden the application areas of specialty coatings.In this paper,several common preparation methods of microcapsules was described,and was focused on the application and development of microcapsules in specialty coatings.
