摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)正在世界范围内流行.面对疫情异常严峻的现状,目前尚缺乏疫苗和特效治疗药物.本文对COVID-19治疗策略及疫苗研发的最新进展进行综述,旨在为COVID-19的疫苗及相关药物的研发提供参考.
Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has spread worldwide.For this new infectious disease,there is no vaccine or specific medicine available yet that is effective in the prevention and treatment.In this review,we introduced the latest research progress in the treatment strategies and vaccine development for COVID-19,to supply reference for developing COVID-19 vaccines and related drugs.
