高职院校物流管理专业教师队伍建设

The construction of logistics management teachers in vocational colleges

要培养高素质技术技能型人才,需要有优秀的教师队伍。高职院校物流管理专业教师相对数量不足,学历层次偏低,师资结构不合理,在专任教师、企业指导教师以及"双师型"教师队伍建设方面存在一定问题,建议从专任教师培养、企业指导教师聘任和"双师型"教师打造等层面加强物流专业教师队伍建设,以适应现代高职教育发展的需要。

It is imperative that an excellent teaching team be built up for high-quality education. But, problems exist in the construction of full-time and double typed teaching teams. So, this paper suggests that the construction of logistics professional teaching team be strengthened from the aspect of professional training. This can satisfy the need for the development of modern higher vocational education.
