校企协同京津冀高技能人才培养方案研究

On the integrated school-business education in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

高职院校目的在于为企业培养合格的高技能人才,应在校企协同的背景下制定高技能人才培养方案。了解相关研究背景,明晰研究思路,抓准研究侧重点,构建校企协同机制,契合区域经济发展。从国内外已有的相关培养方案中提取有价值的经验,结合河北省以及京津冀协同发展的实际需要,从发挥政府主导作用,健全内部办学机制和培育校外管控系统三个方面对京津冀高技能人才培养方案的构建提出建议。

Now that vocational colleges are committed to qualified and skilled talents for enterprises,it is necessary to formulate an integrated curriculum clinging to school-enterprise cooperation.Hence,it is argued that educators should understand the background,clarify conceptions,concentrate on focus,establish coordinated mechanisms,and adapt to regional economic development.This paper puts forward measures for the construction of practical curriculum in light of collaborated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
