项目化导游人才培养研究与实践——以惠州市康辉旅行社为例

提高导游人才培养质量是旅行社人力资源管理的重要议题。项目化人才培养相关研究表明,项目化管理作为一种有效手段,提高了企业人力资源管理的水平。项目化人才培养实践在一定程度上解决了导游供给的数量和质量方面存在的问题。惠州康辉旅行社与惠州经济职业技术学院旅游学院开展合作,尝试以项目化运作模式,搭建培养体系,取得了明显成效,但在人员选拔、项目导师聘用、项目经费管理等方面还存在一些问题。

Quality of tour guide education is significant for human resource management in a travel agency.Likewise,profession-oriented management can improve the level of human resource management.To a certain extent,project-based education solves the dilemma of quantity and quality in supply.The success has been achieved in cooperation between Huizhou Kanghui Travel Agency and Department of Tourism of HEPC,despite questions exposed in funding and subjects.
