冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察及护理

Observation onacupoint application combined with montelukast sodium granule in the treatment of child allergic rhinitis directed by the theory of treating winter disease in summerand its nursing

目的探讨冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合孟鲁司特钠颗粒治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效及总结护理方法。方法选择2015年7月-2018年8月在本院门诊就诊的150例2岁以上14以下的轻、中度过敏性鼻炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组各75例。对照组采用口服孟鲁司特钠颗粒的方法治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗,并给予相应的护理,评价临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后过敏性鼻炎症状均有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为84.0%,对照组为69.3%;治疗组复发率为30.6%,对照组为54.7%,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合口服孟鲁司特钠颗粒治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎,疗效确切,具有更高的有效率及更低的鼻炎复发率,在鼻炎症状改善上更加显著。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupoint application combined with montelukast sodium granule in the treatment of child allergic rhinitis directed by the theory of treating winter disease in summer,and summarize the nursing strategies.Methods 150 children with mild or moderate allergic rhinitis aged from 2 years old to 14 years old were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with oral montelukast sodium granule, while the treatment group was treated with acupoint application directed by the theory of treating winter disease in summer on the basis of the control group, and corresponding nursing was given to the two groups of patients, the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The symptoms of allergic rhinitis in both groups were significantly improved after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 84.0% in the treatment group and 69.3% in the control group.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 30.6% and it was 54.7% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Acupoint application combined with oral montelukast sodium granules for treating allergic rhinitis in children directed by the theory of treating winter disease in summer has definite curative effect, higher effective rate and lower recurrence rate of rhinitis, and is more significant in improving symptoms of rhinitis.
