任脉火龙灸治疗原发性痛经的护理体会

Nursing experience of the patients those who suffering from primary dysmenorrhea and received Huolong moxibustion on Ren channel

目的探讨原发性痛经应用任脉火龙灸治疗的护理体会。方法选择2018年1-12月在本院就诊的原发性痛经患者60例,根据随机数表法分为治疗组(任脉火龙灸组)和对照组(布洛芬组)两组,每组各30例。两组均进行优质护理,作为研究对象均治疗3个月,比较两组治疗前后的临床效果观察、痛经程度、持续时间等情况。结果治疗组治愈18例(60.0%),显效8例(26.7%),总有效26例(86.7%),对照组治愈11例(36.7%),显效3例(10.0%),总有效14例(46.7%),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的疼痛评分、持续时间均有下降,但治疗组治疗后的疼痛评分、持续时间与对照组相比,显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性痛经进行任脉火龙灸治疗及优质护理,可显著缓解患者痛经程度,临床效果确切。

Objective To explore the experience of the patients those who suffering from primary dysmenorrhea and received Huolong moxibustion on Ren channel.Methods 60 primary dysmenorrhea patients treated in our hospital during January 2018 andDecember 2018 were selected and randomly assigned to treatment group(Huolong moxibustion on Ren channel group) and control group(ibuprofen group), 30 cases in each group. The treatment lasted for 3 months, and the clinical effects, dysmenorrhea and duration before and after treatmentof the two groups were compared.Results The treatment group had 18 cured cases(60.0%) and 8 excellent cases(26.7%);the control group had 11 cured cases(36.7%) and 3 excellent cases(10.0%);the total effective rate in the treatment group(86.7%, 26 cases) was statistically higher than control group(46.7%, 14 cases)(P<0.05);the pain degree and duration for two groups were reduced, especially in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusions The Huolong moxibustion and high quality care could remarkably relieve the pain degree and increase the clinical effect for patients suffered with primary dysmenorrhea.
