摘要
硝酸铵溶液作为硝酸钾生产原料是今后发展方向,合理设计硝酸铵溶液贮槽对硝酸铵溶液安全储存与使用至关重要,本文简要介绍硝酸铵贮槽设计及参数选择,主要包括贮槽形式选型、贮槽容积与结构尺寸、槽体结构强度、保温与加热、搅拌选型及消防喷水装置。
Ammonium nitrate solution is the main raw material for the production of potassium nitrate.The rational design of ammonium nitrate solution storage tank is very important for safe storage and use of ammonium nitrate solution.This article briefly introduces the design and parameter selection of ammonium nitrate storage tank,mainly including tank form selection,tank volume and structure size,tank structure strength,heat preservation and heating,mixing type selection and fire sprinkler.
