According to the data collection of container vessels and their propellers in recent years, the variation of hull parameters, plant power, wake field along with the container quantities are statistical analyzed. As well as the changes of propeller load and related main parameter characteristic design due to the economic factors. It provides reference for the selection of main parameter of propeller design of container ship, and has a strong engineering significance.
