摘要
为了确定船舶分段车间生产过程中对分段精度尺寸影响最大的关键工序,依据过程管理思想,提出基于三重要素综合考量的船舶分段车间关键工序的识别方法。基于图论建立生产车间的工序模型,并从工序节点与分段产品尺寸精度的相关程度、工序节点对其他节点的影响程度、工序节点质量水平3个方面提出关键工序识别模型,并给出船舶分段车间工序节点关键度的概念和计算公式,衡量模型中工序节点的关键度。结合某船舶企业的平面分段生产车间,说明该方法的具体实现过程。结果表明,该方法能够有效识别车间生产过程中的关键工序,为通过分段车间的质量管理实现对工序的重点监控与改进提供可靠的支持。
In order to determine the key processes that have the greatest impact on the block accuracy during the production process of the ship block workshop,according to the process management idea,the key process identification method based on the three important considerations of the ship block workshop is proposed.Based on the graph theory,the process model of the production workshop is established,and the key process identification model is proposed from three aspects,that is,the degree of correlation between the process node and the dimensional accuracy of the segmented product,the degree of influence of the process node on other nodes,and the quality level of the process node.The concept and calculation formula of the criticality of the process node for the ship block workshop are given,and the criticality of the process nodes in the model is measured.Combined with the plane block production workshop of a ship enterprise,the specific implementation process of the method is illustrated.The results show that the method can effectively identify the key processes in the production process of the workshop,and provide reliable support for the quality monitoring of the block workshop to achieve key monitoring and improvement of the process.
