摘要
为明晰自我损耗、工作满意度和工作投入对安全绩效的作用机理,依据文献研究和对山西5所大型煤矿企业的246名基层员工的问卷调查,建立四者关系的假设模型,并通过SPSS和AMOS进行相关分析和中介效应检验验证假设模型。结果表明:自我损耗负向作用于工作满意度;工作满意度、工作投入和安全绩效三者间均呈现显著正相关;自我损耗不仅可以直接负作用于安全绩效,还可以通过工作满意度和工作投入的链式中介作用来影响安全绩效。
In order to clarify the mechanism of self-depletion,job satisfaction and job input on safety performance,according to the literature research and questionnaire survey of 246 grass-oots employees in more than 5 large coal mining enterprises in Shanxi Province,the hypothesis model of the relationship between the four is established,and the hypothesis model is verified by SPSS and AMOS corrclation analysis and intermediary effect test.The results show that self-depletion negatively afects job satisfaction.Job satisfaction,job engagement and safety performance are positively correlated.Self-depletion can not only have a direct negative efect on safety performance,but also afect safety performance through the chain intermediary of job satisfaction and job involvement.
