摘要
创业教育是推动新时代人才培养的重要举措,科学客观地对创业教有进行评价,能够有效地推动创业教育健康、有序和高质量的发展。本研究在创业教育评价指标体系设计上,突破传统的以学校、教师和学生为着力点,拓展研究的维度,在创业教育内生动力的基础上,同时聚焦外部力量,从政、产、学、用4个维度,学校顶层设计、师资队伍力量、学生学习成效、创业环境创设4个层面,构建“双四位一体”评价指标体系,并通过模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对创业教育评价进行实证研究。
Entrepreneurship education is an important measure to promote talent training in the new era.Scientific and objective evaluation of entrepreneurship education can efectively promote the healthy,orderly and high-quality development of entrepreneurship education.In the design of evaluation index system of entrepreneurship education,this study breaks through the traditional focus on schools,teachers and students,expands the dimensions of research,and focuses on extermal forces on the basis of endogenous motivation of entrepreneurship education.It includes four dimensions of politics,production,leaming and use,four levels of top-level design of schools,the strength of teachers,students'leaming ffciveness and the creation of entrepreneurship environment,the evaluation index system of"double-four-in-one"is constructed and the evaluation of entrepreneurial education is empirically studied through the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP).
