蒙药治疗胃食管反流病的超声观察及疗效评估

Ultrasonic observation and curative effect evaluation of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的:探讨蒙药治疗胃食管反流病的超声观察及疗效评估。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年6月经我院胃病科诊断为胃食管反流病的患者80例,随机分成实验组及对照组,各40例。实验组口服阿木日-6、壮西-21味及奥优-13味1个月,对照组对症治疗。实验开始前,超声测量5 min内胃食管反流次数、反流持续时间、最长反流时间、经过贲门口处反流束的前后径及His角。服用蒙药1个月后,再次测量上述指标。结果:①与治疗前比较,实验组用蒙药治疗后超声测量5 min内胃食管反流次数、每次的反流持续时间、最长反流时间、经过贲门口处反流束的前后径及His角明显减少;②与对照组比较,实验组用蒙药治疗后超声测量5 min内胃食管反流次数、每次的反流持续时间、最长反流时间、经过贲门口处反流束的前后径及His角明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒙药治疗胃食管反流病疗效确切。

Objective:To study the effect of Mongolian medicine on the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:From February 2017 to June 2019,80 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were diagnosed as gastroesophageal reflux disease,and 40 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the experimental group,the patients were treated with a one-month treatment course of amuri-6,zhuangxi-21,and aoyu-13,and the control group was given symptomatic treatment for one month.The number of gastroesophageal reflux,the duration of the reflux,the maximum reflux time,the back and the his angle of the reflux beam were measured before the start of the experiment.One month after the administration of the Mongolian medicine,the above-mentioned indexes of the experimental group and the control group were measured again.Results:①The number of gastroesophageal reflux,the duration of reflux and the maximum reflux time were measured in 5 minutes before and after the treatment of the experimental group.②After the treatment of the Mongolian medicine,the experimental group was compared with the control group.The number of reflux times of gastroesophageal reflux,the duration of reflux and the maximum reflux time were measured in 5 minutes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Mongolian medicine on gastroesophageal reflux disease is exact.
