以跨域能力为核心的工业设计人才培养方案构建

Focusing on Cross-domain Ability to Build the Talent Training Program of Industrial Design

文章从产业变革趋势、特点及新时代人才需求研究着手,在产业格局相互交融、行业边界趋向模糊,通用性、复合型和跨领域等人才需求日益凸显的情况下,提出以跨域能力培养为目标,“一条主轴、鱼翅支撑、实践强化”的人才培养方案总体框架,实现知识、技能、素养和能力相互关联、互为支撑的工业设计专业课程设置体系,以期培养适应产业变革的工业设计人才。

Study from the trend、characteristics of industrial change and talent demand under new situation,analyses under the situation that the industrial structure is blending with each other、the industrial boundary tends to be blurred,and the demand for talents in general use、compound type and cross-domain is becoming more and more prominent,put forward the goal of cross-domain ability training,Forming the overall framework of personnel training program with"one main axis,shark fin support and practice strengthening",and realizing the Course Setting System of Industrial Design Major with Interrelated and Interdependent Knowledge,Skills,Literacy and Ability,so as to train industrial design talents to adapt to industrial change.
