摘要
某核电站压力容器O形密封环发生泄漏。采用化学成分分析、尺寸分析、宏观分析、硬度测试、镀银层质量分析、微观分析等方法对泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明:O形密封环与顶盖密封槽接触程度偏低,镀银层表面质量较差,降低了密封可靠性,导致O形密封环发生泄漏。
The O-ring seal of pressure vessel in a nuclear power station leaked.The causes of leakage were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis,size analysis,macro analysis,hardness test,silver coating quality analysis and micro analysis.The results show that the contact degree between the O-ring and the sealing groove of the top cover was low,and the surface quality of the silver coating was poor,which reduced the sealing reliability and caused the O-ring seal leakage.
