关于少数民族地区文化脱贫攻坚的调研

A Survey of The Cultural Poverty Alleviation in Ethnic Minority Areas

少数民族地区作为文化资源的富集地,将特色文化转化为独特的发展优势,增强生产生活发展的内生动力,是脱贫攻坚和振兴发展的关键。近年来,我们就少数民族及边疆贫困地区的文化扶贫、文化脱贫问题进行调研,重点考察了云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州绿春县、元阳县哈尼族、拉祜族村落。这些地方虽是贫困县,但民族文化资源丰富,哈尼族文化富有特色,当地的民族史诗、民族服饰异彩纷呈,激发文化的价值与活力,具有重要意义。

Obsessed with rich cultural resources, the key to poverty alleviation and development is to transform characteristic culture into unique development advantages and enhance the endogenous power of production and life development in ethnic minority areas. In recent years, we have conducted in-depth research on cultural poverty alleviation in ethnic minorities and poverty-stricken border areas. Taking the villages of Hani and Lahu in Lvchun County, Yuanyang County,Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province as an example, although the local areas are poor, they are rich in ethnic cultural resources. Hani culture has its own characteristics, and the local national epic and national costumes are colorful. It is of great significance to stimulate the value and vitality of culture.
