心脏植入式电子装置导线相关三尖瓣反流的研究进展

摘要 大多数心脏植入式电子装置(CIED)都需要跨过三尖瓣植入右室电极导线。导线相关三尖瓣反流是指由于右室导线植入引起新发现或进行性加重的三尖瓣反流。其影响因素有术前三尖瓣反流程度、右室舒张末内径、肺动脉高压、心房颤动、电极导线种类和数量、电极导线尖端位置等。该文介绍CIED导线相关三尖瓣反流的流行病学特点、发生机制、危险因素、临床表现及治疗。
