新中国70年民族传统体育学科回望与前瞻

Retrospect and Prospect of China’s Ethnic Traditional Sports Discipline in 70 Years

伴随新中国成立70年来民族地区和民族教育的发展,民族传统体育学已经成为一门独立的学科,学科体系逐步形成并不断丰富。目前,学界对民族传统体育学的研究主要聚焦于民族传统体育基础理论、武术基础理论与项目实践、民族传统体育文化解读与民族传统体育发展对策。研究成就主要体现在研究队伍的形成与传承、研究成果的累积与突破、研究视野的形成与拓展等方面。本研究在回顾、梳理、总结新中国70年民族传统体育学科发展历程、研究重点与发展成就的基础上,对新时代民族传统体育学科发展提出建议:首先,完善学科自身发展,其要义在于体现特色,为满足社会需求发挥自身的学科优势;其次,满足社会需要导向,民族传统体育学科只有通过服务社会,才能立稳学科地位、体现学科价值;再次,加强学校体育传承,课程、教学、师资是三个重要因素,其中弥补师资不足又是当务之急;最后,扩大国际文化交流,主动顺应日益频繁的国际交流,积极构建民族传统体育文化的交流平台和传播体系。

With the development of ethnic regions and ethnic education since the founding of People’s Republic of China in 70 years ago,ethnic traditional physical education has become an independent discipline. At present,the academic circles mainly focus on the basic theory related to ethnic traditional sports,the basic theory and practice of martial arts,interpretation of ethnic traditional sports culture and development measures for ethnic traditional sports. So far the research achievements are mainly reflected in the formation of research teams and inheritance,the accumulation and breakthrough of research achievements,the formation and expansion of research field of vision. Basing on review,combing through and summarizing the development course,research focus,development achievements of ethnic traditional physical education in 70 years since founding of PRC,this article proposes following suggestions for the development of the traditional sports discipline: first of all, improve the development of the discipline itself while promoting ethnic characteristics so as to meet the needs of the society;secondly,to meet the needs of the society so as to establish a stable position for the discipline and display the value of the discipline;furthermore,to emphasize on the three key elements in inheriting school physical education through enhancing course,education practice and teacher resources;at last,to expand international exchanges and actively participate in constructing communication platform and communication system of ethnic traditional sports culture.
