摘要
制造执行系统在铝电解企业的综合自动化三层体系结构中扮演着不可或缺的角色,起着承上启下的作用。本文首先简单介绍了目前的铝电解企业生产流程与底层控制系统情况,然后论述了国内外铝电解制造执行系统研究和应用现状,最后结合铝电解企业现状和需求对铝电解制造执行系统的发展趋势进行展望。
The manufacturing execution system plays an indispensable role in the comprehensive automation three-tier architecture of aluminum electrolysis enterprises,and plays an important role in connecting the above and the following parts.In this paper,the production process and bottom control system of aluminum electrolysis enterprises are briefly introduced,and then the research and application status of aluminum electrolysis manufacturing execution system at home and abroad are discussed.finally,the development trend of aluminum electrolysis manufacturing execution system is prospected according to the present situation and demand of aluminum electrolysis enterprises.
