Face with the fierce competition,the PCB factories have to face the strict control of environmental protection and drainage problems.This paper illustrated the cost reduction by combining with the actual situation of the factory to save water and improve the utilization efficiency of the overflow water of the horizontal line,improved the use of the overflow water and finally achieved the purpose of saving water and reducing waste.
