辽宁是中国最后一个封建王朝——清王朝的起家地。兴京(今新宾)、盛京(今沈阳),乃清帝心中的“龙兴之地”。对故土辽宁,清王朝的重视与支持力度,不遗余力。连年羹尧都倾羡的“盛京文凭”据记载,安徽人年羹尧就是想尽办法弄到了一张“盛京文凭”,才有了日后的飞黄腾达,才有了后来的年大将军。
As"the land where dragons rose,"Liaoning was a special place treated as a favorite by the royal family as earlyas the Qing dynasty(1616—1911).And it is not surprising that businessmen from all over the empire came to Liaoning to make a fortune.During his last homecoming for ancestral sacrifice,Emperor Qianlong warned his children that Liaoning was Manchu's native land and they should never forget the love and care they h.nd received from it.
