摘要
通过边界元数值模拟方法,以水下输油管汇各牺牲阳极的输出电流相同为优化目标,对某水下管汇牺牲阳极布置进行优化。结果表明:该方法可以保证水下管汇各牺牲阳极的输出电流基本一致,避免个别阳极因输出电流过大而过早消耗完,从而确保阴极保护系统在水下管汇全寿命周期内均能提供有效保护。
Through boundary element numerical simulation method,taking the same output current of each sacrificial anode as the optimization target,the sacrificial anode arrangement of subsea oil pipeline manifold was optimized.The results show that this method could ensure the output current of each sacrificial anode of subsea manifold was basically the same,and avoid the premature consumption of individual anode due to the excessive output current,so as to ensure the cathodic protection system can provide effective protection in the entire life cycle of the subsea manifold.
