摘要
某油气田X52螺旋焊管外壁发生局部腐蚀,通过送检管段理化性能测试、土壤环境分析、硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)腐蚀试验等系统研究了该管道腐蚀失效的原因。结果表明:该X52螺旋焊管的化学成分和组织均符合技术规范的要求;管体周围土壤含水量较高且含有大量的硫酸盐和硫酸盐还原菌,管道底部防腐蚀层剥落区发生硫酸盐还原菌的厌氧腐蚀,导致管体局部产生无定向分布的严重蚀坑。
Localized corrosion occurred on the outer walls of X52spiral welded pipeline in a certain oil and gas field.The failure reasons for corrosion of the pipeline were studied by testing the physical and chemical properties of the test pipe section,soil environment analysis,sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)corrosion testing.The results show that the chemical composition and microstructure of X52spiral welded pipe conformed to the requirements in technical specifications.The soil around the pipe body had a high moisture content and contained a large amount of sulfate and sulfate reducing bacteria.Anaerobic corrosion of sulfate reducing bacteria happened in the peeling area of the anticorrosive layer at the bottom of the pipe,resulting in severe corrosion pits distributing on localized pipe body without direction.
