摘要 紫外光辐照强度高是我国高海拔高原山地地区气候特征的主要表现形式,探究紫外光辐照下沥青混合料耐久性具有重要工程价值,而沥青胶浆是决定耐久性能的首要因素。为了研究定量紫外光照下填料掺量对不同沥青材料性能演变规律,以新建临哈线道路工程为依托,通过常规技术性能试验和流变性能测试试验评价不同粉胶质量比的基质沥青胶浆、改性沥青胶浆耐久性性能。试验结果显示,定量紫外光辐照下沥青胶浆常规性能和流变性能的演化取决于矿粉掺量及与沥青相互作用,与车辙因子相比,两种沥青胶浆光老化前后的抗疲劳因子和低温蠕变劲度模量影响较为明显;数据回归和方差分析结果显示,沥青耐紫外光老化能力与填料掺量有显著性关系,其中填料与基质沥青最佳质量比为1.0~1.1,与改性沥青最佳质量比为0.9~1.0,在上述范围内紫外光辐照强度是影响材料性能的主导因素。 The high intensity of ultraviolet radiation is the main manifestation of the climate characteristics of high altitude plateau mountainous areas in China. It is of great engineering value to explore the durability of asphalt mixture under ultraviolet irradiation, and asphalt mortar is the primary factor to determine the durability. In order to study the evolution rule of filler content on the performance of different asphalt materials under the quantitative ultraviolet light, based on the new road project of Linhe-Hami line, the durability performances of matrix asphalt mortar and modified asphalt mortar with different filler-asphalt quality ratio are evaluated by routine technical performance test and rheological performance test. The experimental result shows that the evolution of the conventional and rheological properties of asphalt mortar under the quantitative UV irradiation depends on the amount of mineral powder and its interaction with asphalt. Compared with the rutting factor, the anti fatigue factors and the low-temperature creep stiffness moduli of the 2 kinds of asphalt mortar before and after light aging are obviously affected. The results of data regression and variance analysis show that there is a significant relationship between the anti UV aging ability of asphalt and the filler content, the best mass ratio of filler to matrix asphalt is 1.0-1.1, and the best mass ratio of filler to modified asphalt is 0.9-1.0. In the above range, the UV irradiation intensity is the main factor affecting the material performance.
