创新工程学体系构建研究

摘要 通过文献分析和案例研究,对创新活动过程进行了系统分析,从学科建设角度全面研究了创新工程学,厘清了创新工程学的内涵和外延,提出了创新工程学的系列概念。创新工程学是研究创新活动过程中创新主体、创新环节、创新要素、创新方法之间的相互关系,研究应用创新方法获取创新成果的规律的学科。创新的范式从技术进步的双螺旋驱动模式、创新体系的三螺旋驱动模式、进入创新生态系统的四螺旋驱动模式。创新思维、产品创新方法、管理创新方法在创新过程中集成与融合,发展出了创新链方法,创新链方法是创新活动研究从方法学层面进入到工程学层面的主要区别,创新链包括个体创新链、企业创新链、政府创新链三个层次。创新工程学的知识体系包括创新思维、产品创新方法、管理创新方法、创新链方法等部分。创新工程学隶属于管理学门类(12)比较合适,在工商管理(1202)下设置创新工程学是比较可行的学科发展路径。创立创新工程学能够提升创新的确定性和效率,建立培养创新人才的新模式,开辟建设创新型国家的新路径。 Based on the literature analysis and case study,this paper systematically analyzes the process of innovation activities,comprehensively studies innovation engineering from the perspective of discipline construction,clarifies the connotation and extension of innovation engineering,and puts forward a series of concepts of innovation engineering.Innovation engineering is a discipline that studies the relationships among innovation subjects,innovation links,innovation elements and innovation methods in the process of innovation activities.This discipline studies the law of applying innovation methods to obtain innovation results.The innovation paradigm includes the double helix driving mode of technological progress,the three helix driving mode of innovation system and the four helix driving mode of entering innovation ecosystem.The innovation chain method has been developed in the integration process of Innovation thinking,product innovation methods and management innovation methods.Innovation chain method is the main difference between innovation activity researches from methodology level to engineering level.Innovation chain includes three levels:individual innovation chain,enterprise innovation chain and government innovation chain.The knowledge system of innovation engineering includes innovation thinking,product innovation method,management innovation method and innovation chain method.It is suitable for Innovation Engineering to belong to Management Science.It is a feasible way to set up Innovation Engineering under Business Administration.The creation of innovation engineering can improve the certainty and efficiency of innovation,establish a new model of training innovative talents,and develop a new path of building an innovative country.
