输电管道余热利用装置设计及数值计算 被引量:1

摘要 新型输电管道在传输电能时,导体部分因损耗而发热,若能将该热量利用,加热导热介质,可对外供暖,因此,需要开发一种装置,在不影响输电管道正常工作的前提下,利用热量并对外供暖。文中以合理利用输电管道导体的发热量为目标,以保证装置的绝缘强度为基础,以方便与输电管道的连接为考虑,设计一套用于输电管道的余热利用装置;文中介绍了装置的具体结构和各部分的作用,并对装置的工作原理和与输电管道的连接方案做了说明。为了研究余热利用装置的绝缘和温升情况,建立了相应的余热利用装置模型,对模型的电场和温度场进行了计算分析,结果表明,装置的绝缘部分最大电场强度为1.86 kV/mm,小于绝缘介质的绝缘强度;装置内热交换层的温度在60~80℃间,达到了国家供暖的温度要求;计算结果为余热利用装置设计合理性和实用性提供了依据。 In new type of power transmission pipeline conductor produces heat due to electrical loss.To make use of the waste heat for heating of building via heat⁃conducting medium,a waste heat utilization unit for power transmis⁃sion pipeline is designed in this study under the premises that the normal operation of the transmission pipeline is not been affected,the insulation strength of the unit is assured,and the connection to the transmission line is conve⁃nient.The structure of the unit,the function of each component,and the unit’s working principle and connection to the transmission pipeline are described.In order to understand the insulation and temperature rise of the waste heat utilization unite,a corresponding model of the unit is established.The model’s electric field and temperature field are calculated and analyzed,and the results show that the maximum electric field strength of the unit insulation is 1.86 kV/mm,which is far less than the dielectric strength of the insulating medium;and the temperature of the heat exchange layer in the unit in the range of 60~80℃,meeting the requirement of the national standard.
