摘要
电力变压器和电抗器作为电力系统的核心设备,研究有效的方法评价其内部早期故障状态对保证设备的可靠运行具有重要意义,其中油中含气量因能及时反映密封性能而成为油浸式电力设备维护和故障诊断的重要技术手段。文中结合福建省内三起典型高压设备油中含气量超标的故障案例,通过现场停电检查泄漏点和历史含气量、O2/N2比值对比分析,得出了含气量超标的原因及处理依据。文中首次确立了利用含气量、O2/N2比值历史曲线判断油浸式高压设备密封性能的方法,可为含气量超标设备的运维检修提供重要参考。
The power transformers and reactors are the core equipment of the power system.It is of great significance to study effective methods to evaluate the internal early fault status to ensure the reliable operation of equipment.Among them,the dissolved gas content in transformer oil which can promptly reflect the sealing performance has become the main technology for maintenance and fault diagnosis of oil-immersed power equipment.Based on the three typical failure cases of excessive gas content in transformer oil in Fujian Province,this paper analyzes the reasons and the treatment basis for the excessive gas content through the on-site leakage point check by power cut work and the comparison of the historical gas contents and O2/N2 ratios.For the first time,this paper establishes a method for judging the sealing performance of oil-immersed high-voltage equipment by using gas content and O2/N2 ratio historical curves,which can provide an important reference for operation and maintenance of equipment with excessive gas content.
