摘要
提出了一种变压器防絮罩网孔尺寸设计方法,该方法主要是从保证变压器散热效果、提高防絮效果和减少安装难度这3个目标出发,建立了多目标优化模型,进而求解得到了防絮罩的最优网孔尺寸。设计了一种变压器防絮罩,其采用“目”字形框架结构、合页正反拼接方式和电动升降方式,具有结构简单、便于安装的优点。详细给出了防絮罩网孔尺寸设计方法的步骤,并将该方法设计的防絮罩应用到国网江苏省电力有限公司特高压盱眙站2号主变上。最后从散热效果和防絮效果两个方面进行了验证,结果表明,该方法设计的防絮罩对变压器的散热效果影响较小且防絮效果好,从而验证了该方法的有效性与可行性。
A method for designing mesh size of transformer’s catkin cover is proposed with respect to Guaranteeing transformer cooling effect,enhancing catkin⁃prevention effect and reducing installing difficulty.A multi⁃objective op⁃timization model is established,and the optimal value of mesh size for the catkin cover is therefore obtained.A catkin cover of transformer is designed with the advantages of simple structure and easy installation.This design adopts the mesh⁃shaped frame structure,forward⁃reverse splicing of hinges and electric lifting.The specific steps of the method for designing mesh size of catkin cover are described in detail.The designed catkin cover is applied to the No.2 trans⁃former in Xuyi UHV substation of State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Company,and the result shows that this catkin cover has little influence on the cooling of the transformer and good catkin prevention effect,which verifies the validi⁃ty and feasibility of the proposed design method.
