高温时效对超级双相不锈钢S32760显微组织与性能的影响

Influence of high temperature aging on microstructure and properties of super duplex stainless steel S32760

摘要 研究了高温时效对超级双相不锈钢S32760显微组织、物相组成、力学性能和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在800℃~1000℃温度范围内,随着时效温度的升高,α相含量先降低后增加。σ相优先在α/γ相界析出,富集Mo和W元素。高温时效过程中,随着σ相的析出,S32760硬度升高,耐蚀性能降低。经900℃时效20min后,硬度由24 HRC升高至37 HRC;在50℃的6%FeCl3溶液中浸蚀24h后,重量损失由0.09g/m2增加至83.48 g/m2。高温短时时效对S32760抗拉强度和屈服强度影响不大,但会降低其断后伸长率。
