摘要
目的针对甲状腺功能减低症患儿智能发育现状的调查分析。方法该院2016年7-2018年3月筛查诊断的先天性甲状腺功能减低症患儿中选取36例作为本次实验研究对象,根据患儿的开始治疗的年龄分为>3个月组与≤3个月组,采用左甲状腺素钠片对患儿进行治疗,2周~1个月分别检测促甲状腺素(TSH)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)的浓度并对药物剂量做调整,采用Gesell发育量表对患儿的适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言以及个人社交等5项分别进行评估。结果年龄小于3个月开始治疗的患儿在智能发育水平上的评估明显优于大于3个月开始治疗的患儿(P<0.05);完全配合的患儿相较于不配合的患儿智能发育水平更好(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺功能减低症患儿越早治疗,患儿配合度越高,对智能发育状况越有利。
【Objective】To investigate and analyze the status of intelligent development of children with hypothyroidism.【Methods】Thirty-six children with congenital hypothyroidism who were screened and diagnosed in our hospital from July 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the age of starting treatment,the children were divided into more than 3 months group and not more than 3 months group,and the children were treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets.The concentrations of TSH and FT4 were measured at 2 weeks to 1 month,and the drug dose was adjusted.The Gesell Development Scale was used for evaluating five items of the children,including adaptation,sports,fine sports,language,and personal social life separately.【Results】The assessment of the level of intelligence development in children who started treatment not more than 3 months was significantly better than that in children who started treatment more than 3 months(P<0.05);the children with complete coordination were more intelligent than those who did not coordinate(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The sooner the child with hypothyroidism is treated,the higher the fit of the child,and the more favorable the intelligence development.
