典必殊治疗角膜穿通伤术后炎症的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of tobradex on postoperative inflammation after penetrating corneal injury

目的探讨典必殊治疗角膜穿通伤术后炎症的临床疗效。方法选取2015年12月-2018年1月于该院行角膜穿通伤手术患者56例作为研究对象,随机分为典必殊组和对照组,各28例。对照组术后给予抗生素滴眼液治疗,典必殊组在对照组治疗基础上给予典必殊滴眼液治疗,用药2周。观察用药前、用药2周后两组患者的炎症改善情况和不良反应率,评价治疗效果。结果用药前两组患者炎症指标评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药2周后,典必殊组患者结膜充血、角膜水肿、畏光及流泪指标评分均低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药过程中典必殊组不良反应率低于对照组(7.14%vs.32.14%,P<0.05)。结论采用典必殊配合抗生素治疗角膜穿通伤术后炎症可有效改善炎症,降低不良反应率,提高疗效,可予以临床推广应用。

【Objective】To explore the clinical efficacy of tobradex in the treatment of postoperative inflammation after penetrating corneal injury.【Methods】Fifty-six patients with corneal penetrating injury treated in our hospital from December 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups:the tobradex group and the control group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given antibiotic eye drops after treatment,while the tobradex group was given the treatment of tobradex eyedrops on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks.The improvement of inflammation and the rate of adverse reactions in the two groups before and 2 weeks after treatment were observed,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.【Results】There was no statistical difference between the two groups before using the drug(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of medication,the scores of conjunctiva congestion,corneal edema,photophobia,and tears were lower in the tobradex group than those in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction rate was lower in the tobradex group than that in the control group in the course of drug use(7.14%vs.32.14%,P<0.05).【Conclusion】The tobradex combined with antibiotics in the treatment of inflammation after corneal penetrating injury can effectively improve the inflammation,reduce the adverse reaction rate and improve the curative effect.It can be applied in clinical practice.
