基于fMRI针刺太白、太冲单穴脑激活区对比研究

Comparative Study on Activated Brain Regions by Needling Single Point of SP3 and Liv3 Based on fMRI

目的:应用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术分析针刺太白(SP3)、太冲(LR3)单穴脑激活效应的差异,验证针刺腧穴在脑中枢效应的特异性。方法:采集15名健康青年志愿者针刺太白、太冲单穴的fMRI数据,利用DPARSF、SPM12及XJVIEW软件进行数据预处理和统计分析。结果:针刺太白、太冲单穴共同激活脑区为:左侧额上回(BA6)、左侧额下回(BA46)、左侧颞中回(BA37)、左侧丘脑、右侧脑干。针刺太冲与针刺太白穴相比正激活脑区为:左侧颞下回(BA19)、双侧额中回(BA8)、双侧背外侧额上回(BA9)、左侧楔叶及顶上小叶(BA7/31);负激活脑区为左侧岛叶(BA13)。结论:针刺太白、太冲单穴的脑激活区存在明显差异,与腧穴所属经络的循行相关,也与腧穴的临床主治有一定关联。

Objective:To analyze the difference of single point brain activation effects of needling Taibai(SP3)and Taichong(Liv3)by functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI),and to verify the specificity of needling points in terms of brain central effect.Methods:fMRI data of 15 healthy young volunteers were collected,and DPARSF,SPM12 and XJVIEW software were used for data preprocessing and statistical analysis.Results:The common brain area activated when needling SP3 and Liv3 were as follows:left superior frontal gyrus(BA6),left inferior frontal gyrus(BA46),left middle temporal gyrus(BA37),left thalamus and right brainstem.Compared to needling SP3,the positive activated brain areas of needling Liv3 were left inferior temporal gyrus(BA19),bilateral middle frontal gyrus(BA8),bilateral dorsolateral superior frontal gyrus(BA9),left cuneiform lobe and parietal lobule(BA7/31);the negatively activated brain area was the left insular lobe(BA13).Conclusion:There are obvious differences in the brain activation areas of needling SP3 and Liv3 single acupoint,which are related to the circulation of meridians and collaterals of acupoints,as well as the clinical indications of acupoints.
