清热化瘀方熏洗对肛肠病术后创面愈合作用的随机对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Study on Effect of the Therapy of Fumigation and Washing with Qingre Huayu Formula on Wound Healing after Anorectal Disease Operation

目的:探讨清热化瘀方在肛肠患者创面愈合中的作用。方法:符合纳入标准的肛肠术后90例患者随机分为清热化瘀组、高锰酸钾组和空白组,每组各30例。清热化瘀组和高锰酸钾组分别以清热化瘀方和高锰酸钾进行熏洗,空白组用温水清洗。通过观察各组患者术后疼痛、水肿、便血等并发症,以及创面分泌物、肉芽组织、上皮爬行情况、创面面积、愈合天数等情况评价药物对创面愈合的影响。结果:清热化瘀方和高锰酸钾均能改善创面疼痛、减轻创面水肿、减少便血等症状,减少创面分泌物,加快上皮爬行和创面愈合,但清热化瘀方效果更优。结论:清热化瘀方有改善肛肠患者术后并发症和促进愈合的作用。

Objective:To study the effect of Qingre Huayu Formula on wound healing of anorectal patients.Methods:90 cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group,the control group and the blank group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with fumigation and washing therapy with Qingre Huayu Formula,the control group was treated with fumigation and washing therapy with Potassium Permanganate,and the control group was only intervened with warm water washing.The effects of the medications on wound healing were evaluated by observing the complaints of pain,edema and hematochezia,wound secretion,granulation tissue,epithelial creeping,wound area and healing days.Results:Compared to Potassium Permanganate,Qingre Huayu Formula could obviously better improve wound pain,relieve wound edema,reduce stool blood and other symptoms,reduce wound secretion,and accelerate epithelial creeping and wound healing.Conclusion:Qingre Huayu Formula can improve post-operative complications and promote healing of anorectal patients.
