旋金降逆汤对反流性食管炎肝胃郁热证患者焦虑、抑郁情绪影响的临床研究

Effects of Xuanjin Jiangni Decoction on Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Reflux Esophagitis of Heat-Stagnation of Liver and Stomach

目的:观察旋金降逆汤对反流性食管炎肝胃郁热证患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:采用Excel软件Rand()公式产生的随机数字表,将80例符合纳入标准的反流性食管炎肝胃郁热证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,分别给予旋金降逆汤和奥美拉唑治疗,共治疗8周。疗程结束后,比较两组治疗前后临床症状、食管黏膜炎症、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为85%(34/40),对照组为65%(26/40),两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组食管黏膜炎症改善有效率为63.64%(14/22),对照组为57.14%(12/21),两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后焦虑自评量表评分较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后抑郁自评量表评分均较治疗前明显降低,两组治疗后比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:旋金降逆汤能够减轻反流性食管炎肝胃郁热证患者的临床症状,促进食管黏膜炎症的愈合,改善患者焦虑情绪。

Objective:To observe the effect of Xuanjin Jiangni Decoction on anxiety and depression in patients with reflux esophagitis of heat-stagnation of Liver and Stomach.Methods:Through the random number tables generated by Rand()formula with the Excel software,80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The treatment group was treated with Xuanjin Jiangni Decoction,whereas the control group was treated with Omeprazole.After 8 weeks of treatment,clinical symptoms,esophageal mucosal inflammation,and scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate was 85%(34/40)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 65%(26/40)in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the improvement rate of esophageal mucosal inflammation,it was 63.64%(14/22)in the treatment group and was 57.14%(12/21)in the control group,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale were significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating depression scale were also significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups,however,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xuanjin Jiangni Decoction can relieve clinical symptoms,improve esophageal mucosal inflammation,and improve the anxiety and the depression in the patients with reflux esophagitis of heat-stagnation of Liver and Stomach.
