厥阴病主方乌梅丸论治恶性肿瘤的研究现状

Research Progress of Wumei Pill of the Main Prescription of Jue-Yin Disease in the Treatment of Malignant Tumors

恶性肿瘤作为难治性疾病,中医药对其发病机制和防治方法的研究一直在不断探索中。从乌梅丸在恶性肿瘤疾病中的应用角度出发,分析了应用乌梅丸的理论研究、临床观察和基础研究的现状,结果发现乌梅丸主要应用于临床表现为寒热错杂及厥阴病方面,并对其理论依据进行了分析,其作用机制研究也从单一指标扩展到了高通量的组学研究。乌梅丸应用于恶性肿瘤遵从中医学的辨证论治精神,但其临床和作用机制还需更多的研究证据支持。

As a refractory disease,the pathogenesis and prevention methods of malignant tumors are always being explored by TCM practitioners.This article analyzed the theory studies of the application of Wumei Pill,the clinical effect observation and the status of basic research from the perspective of Wumei Pill in the treatment of malignant diseases.It showed that Wumei Pill was maily applied to treating diseases of cold-heat jumble and Jue-Yin disease,its action mechanism research had reached high-throughput research from a single index one.The application of Wumei Pill in treating malignant tumors conforms to the rule of syndrome differentiation of TCM,but its clinical effect observations and mechanism researches need more researches to prove.
