新型损伤可控的钢结构梁柱节点受力性能研究

摘要 为实现钢结构框架节点地震损伤后可修复,提出一种新型损伤可控的钢结构梁柱节点,利用开孔板、连接板和高强螺栓的塑性变形耗散地震能量,来保护梁、柱主要构件。通过有限元软件ANSYS对6个构件进行数值模拟计算,分析开孔板的厚度、尺寸的不同对节点力学性能的影响,得出节点的应力状态、荷载位移曲线,结果表明:新型节点基于可更换、可修复、损伤可控的思想,节点具有良好的延性,提高了结构的抗震性能和安全可靠度。 In order to repair the damaged steel frame joints after earthquake,a new type of damaged controllable beam-to-column joints is proposed.The plastic deformation of perforated plates,connecting plates and high-strength bolts dissipates seismic energy to protect the main components of beams and columns.The finite element software ANSYS is used to carry out numerical simulation of six members.The effects of the thickness and size of the perforated plate on the mechanical properties of the joints are analyzed.The stress state and load-displacement curves of the joints are obtained.The results show that the new joints have good ductility based on the idea of replaceable,repairable and damage controllable,which improves the anti-seismic performance,safety and reliability of the structure.
