Comprehensive Evaluation System of Sponge Park

以海绵城市理念下的城市,以生态效益、经济效益、社会效益为准则研究海绵理念公园综合效益评价体系。首先采用文献调查法初步选取41项效益指标,为保证选取指标的典型代表性、科学性、系统性原则,利用问卷调查法与德尔菲法相结合的方式对初步指标进行二次筛选,筛选过程中为保证问卷的可靠性,对问卷调查结果回收率计算,结果表明问卷调查结果真实可靠,并确立20项指标作为最终评价指标。然后运用模糊层次分析法对评价指标设置权重,制定评价标准和评价等级,最终完成海绵公园综合评价体系建立。

There have been many achievements in urban construction under the concept of Sponge City,but there are few studies on the comprehensive benefit evaluation,which leads to the lack of evaluation standard for completed projects and the inability to judge the advantages and disadvantages of the projects.In this paper,taking the Sponge City under the concept of urban parks as an example,its comprehensive benefit is evaluated,so as to build a comprehensive evaluation system of Sponge Park.
