摘要
目前装配式建筑是建筑行业研究的热点。将装配式建筑全生命周期分为设计、构件生产、施工、运行与维护四个阶段,并将BIM技术运用于装配式建筑的全生命周期中。通过工程案例分析,指出BIM技术在装配式建筑的全生命周期中具有很好的应用前景。
At present,prefabricated architecture is a hot topic in the construction industry.In this paper,the whole-life cycle of prefabricated buildings is divided into four stages:design,component production,construction,operation and maintenance.BIM technology is applied to the whole-life cycle of prefabricated buildings.Through the analysis of engineering cases,it is pointed out that BIM technology has a good application prospect in the whole-life cycle of prefabricated buildings.
