智慧油气田物联网设备价格信息共享系统

Price information sharing system of IoT equipment in smart oil and gasfields

鉴于目前国内油气田设备材料价格信息不完善,造成概预算编制及物资采购困难重重,通过调研油气田物资价格管理现状、梳理油气田材料价格共享信息化需求,建立起基于物联网的设备价格信息共享系统,以期实现油气田已有数据资源的潜在价值,改善目前预算编制及物资采购问题,也为智慧型油气田建设搭建起基础数据化运作框架。研究结果表明:①通过网络信息化技术硬件和软件设施的配置来打破油气田物资管理中的空间屏障,集成所有系统功能,使用户登陆本平台即可完成物资材料价格查询、导出和分析;②利用信息化手段搭建的价格共享平台能够达到精确地进行概预算清单编制等目的,减少后期施工难度及采购难度;③系统建立在油气田办公网上,采用基于Web(B/S)的3层结构,通过Web方式实现,采用Window Server2008(或更高版本)作为Web服务器系统,采用MS SQL Server2008(或更高版本)作为后台数据库平台,开发框架基于ThinkPHP 5.1开发;④通过功能需求的调研梳理,将系统功能划分为前台展示和后台管理2个子系统。

Domestic oil and gas industry is striving to carry out transforming and upgrading of smart oil and gasfields,but an incomplete price information of equipment and materials related to communication information of oil and gasfields may result in a great number of difficulties in budget compilation and material procurement.So,platform structure and function,storage,and safety were designed by investigating current situations of fields'material price management and sorting out demand of material price sharing information.Then,a price information sharing system of oil and gasfields'Internet of Things equipment was built up based on users and framework of existing portals.Results show that(1)with some support from hardware and software facilities of network information technology,the spatial barrier of fields'material management is broken through integration of all system functions,so that the users can inquire,export,and analyze material prices as soon as they land on the platform;(2)by virtue of this price sharing platform,which is set up using information means,the budget list can be compiled accurately,and construction and procurement difficulty during later stage can be reduced;(3)the system is established based on oil and gas fields'office network and it adopts Web(B/S)based a three-layer structure.It's implemented by means of the Web with Windows Server2008(or higher)as the Web server systems and MS SQL Serv er2008(or higher)as the background database platform.The development framework is developed based on ThinkPHP 5.1;and(4)by investigating and sorting out functional demands,the system functions can be divided into two subsystems,i.e.,foreground display and background management,and directory is set.
